French Patisserie Dessert Menu

Our French macaron is a naturally gluten-free cookie with a variety of custom flavors. We have a large supply available, and the cookies are sold  by the dozen or half. If you prefer specific flavors, please indicate your preferences on the order form. We ask that you limit the flavors to (2) for a half or dozen choice. We can also decorate these festive for the season. -just ask when ordering.

Forêt Noire Framboise (Raspberry Black Forest) is a modern twist on the classic Black Forest Cake. It replaces the traditional sour cherries w/ fresh raspberries,offering a brighter flavor profile while allowing you to indulge in all the flavors with moist chocolate cake and chocolate mousse, enveloping the raspberries.  We then top it with a layer of vanilla cream and dark chocolate shavings. We offer two serving sizes:

• Large serves 8

Our French  A Tarte au Citron is the quintessential French dessert featuring a crisp, buttery pastry shell filled with a smooth, bright yellow, and intensely lemon-flavored custard. We then top it with a light ribbon of toasted meringue. It is an elegant dessert designed in simplicity. C'est le petit dessert et ce n'est pas ta Tarte au Citron américaine.

Our Meringue cookies are a traditional Swiss meringue cookies and are delicious, naturally gluten free cookies that are great on their own, but they also make cute cake decorations. We can flavor these in any flavor, but cannot promise they will be white as pictured due to fruit color added to provide flavors like raspberry or strawberry. Pictured is our Orange Blossom Meringue Cookies.

Pavlova Nests

Our Vanilla flavored meringue shaped to create a decadent individual dessert.   Each nest is filled with our freshly made   Vanilla or Chocolate Pastry cream.  Each pavlova is then topped with a mixture of fresh red raspberries and blueberries. Topped off with fresh whipped cream. You will receive one dozen nests in your order.

Our dessert parfait with mousse is a sophisticated, multi-layered treat served with contrasting colors and textures. It elevates the classic "mousse"  into a structured dish by alternating its light, airy consistency with cake, pastry cream, or fruitier elements.

Our mousse cups are light, refreshing and packed with flavor! Most are served in an edible cup (we don't recommend this in the summer months) Our mousse is made to order from scratch using the highest quality cream and  is flavored with a variety of ingredients, such as chocolate, coffee, caramel, fruit, or herbs and spices.  If you're not sure what will compliment your event or occasion, just ask, we're more than happy to offer a recommendation.

This french inspired dessert is great for a party or family gathering. Our mousse cake is customized and made to order, and will serve up to 20 depending on the size you order.

A Traditional Opera Cake is much like the Italian Tiramisu dessert, so we create our Opera cakes with Fruit Mousse and cake layers. Pictured is our Chocolate Raspberry Opera Cake, but you can also choose from the following:
