Our Bakery Treats & Sweets

This is a chocolate brownie that has a very dense and moist texture, and tastes more like fudge! We use Belgium chocolates and real butter in our recipe to enhance the flavor and batter to provide a richer chocolate flavor.  These are death by chocolate for sure!

 Blondie brownies - these are so good. Buttery flavor which reminds me of the old fashioned butterscotch candies, which I then top with a dark chocolate ganache.  Can request with or without the ganache topping. Don't let the price fool you...these contain almost a pound of butter! Its what makes them SOOOO GOOD!

Buttery flavor in each bite that is then complimented with the salty sweet caramel... these are a butterscotch and caramel lovers dream!  Don't let the price fool you...these contain almost two pound of butter and is what makes them so velvety sweet and smooth. 

Our Babka is made with the same love and care we place into our Honey Challah bread. The sweet braided bread buns – is swirled with chocolate and are addictively delicious! 

We're creating this dessert in chocolate only, and its size is perfect with a cup of hot cocoa! The buns are perfect either as a sweet breakfast dish or a luxurious dessert.  You'll have to decide which one is for your family! We just know they're really good!

Our Cake pops are vanilla, chocolate or strawberry cake that is transformed into a confectionary treat.  The cake pops are dipped into a vanilla flavored white chocolate or in milk or dark chocolate.  

Cake pops can be custom designed for your event or left to the creative touches of the owner. Simply specify when ordering. 

These are a great "just because" treat too!

Our bakery offers a variety of cake rolls. Pictured is our Strawberry Cake Roll. This is typically a popular flavor in the spring and summer months. Here are the other cake roll flavors we offer:

A tender, split biscuit layered with sugar-macerated berries and fluffy house-made whipped cream is recognized as the traditional version. We've learned that If you've grown up below the Mason-Dixon Line, the shortcake is a yellow cake with sugar macerated berries and whipped cream. Please allow 3-5 days' preorder minimum for either version, which serves 8-12

NOTE: THE SOUTHERN VERSION cost more so it starts at $65 and serves up to 16. We cannot decorate either cake due to the whipped cream top.

Fort Mill Bakery loves creating your cakes & desserts. Please be mindful of your scheduled pick-up time. We schedule all orders, so timely arrivals are appreciated!!  If you are late, it impacts our entire schedule, including our own kitchen time. Please remember that you are not our only order on any given day. If the suggested pick-up time doesn't work, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
