The design of this cake is based on old-fashioned panoramic sugar eggs, similar to what my Grams would make every year for the grandkids at Easter. All miniature bunnies, eggs and flowers are handcrafted from fondant/modeling chocolate. Each sculpture on the cake is unique and individual to every order. Our Classic French Tart au Citron (French lemon tart) is baked from scratch, and is a quintessential, elegant dessert characterized pâte sucrée crust and its silky, intense lemon custard filling. It is dessert meant to be shared and an Earl Grey tea would compliment it nicely. Our tart serves 8.

Our vanilla cake is utilized to create these adorable individual bunny cakes. We do not decorate the bunny other than adding a little pink frosting to their ears. Each bunny is given a molded candy carrot. What fun for the little ones invited to your Easter Dinner.

Our Strawberry rhubarb pie is a classic, rustic dessert celebrated for its perfect balance of sweet, juicy strawberries and sharp, tart rhubarb encased in a flaky pastry crust. It is a quintessential spring and summer treat!

This is not a baked pie... but a cool and refreshing treat made in the traditional southern style of jellied pies. Our pie is nestled in a freshly made graham cracker crust. We provide the fresh chantilly cream to top each slice when served.
