Our doughnuts are handcrafted and sold by the dozen only. You can mix and match the toppings. The doughnut itself is a family secret, but does have a slight vanilla taste. It is not a cake donut either. Toppings we offer are:

This is a simple yet elegant coffee cake made of a yellow coffee cake base with a cinnamon sugar streusel crumb topping and center.  We know there's others that have copied this, but you can't be the original or my grandma's recipe! Provided to you in an 8x8 bakery box and is 

best served warmed. We are featuring this coffee cake with our new offering of weekly porch pick ups!

This is a generational recipe that we love sharing with you! Our rolls are made fresh with every order, using a sweet brioche like dough, rolled and filled with a luscious cinnamon filling. & provide you with the cream cheese frosting! The rolls freeze beautifully, so this is a great "plan ahead" for weekend guest item. We offer these by the dozen within a 24- 48-hour notice or you can now get them via our Porch Pick up!

 Fort Mill Bakery loves creating your cakes & desserts. Please be mindful of your scheduled pick-up time. We schedule all orders, so timely arrivals are appreciated. If you are late, it impacts our entire schedule, including our own kitchen time. Please remember that you are not our only order on any given day. If the suggested pick-up time doesn't work, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 

Our muffins are made to order and burst with flavor. The crumb is moist and we like ours slightly toasted in the morning with a dollop of fresh cream butter. Muffins are by the dozen only. Flavor options are:

This is our PA Dutch inspired doughnut that is then filled with a standard red jelly jam (created by Fort Mill Bakery) or can be filled with the following:

• Apple filling
• Bavarian Cream
• Sweet Whipped Cream (similar to a white frosting)
• Blueberry filling
• Chocolate Cream Filling (similar to a chocolate frosting) 
• Boston Cream (topped with traditional chocolate glaze)

I learned to create this from my Moravian culture in Bethlehem PA. Made from yeast-raised dough, baked with cinnamon, butter, & pure cane sugar. We prepare it for you

in a 8" x 8" pan ready to reheat in your home.  This is not like anything you've had before and can't be compared to any other coffee cake!

You will receive (8) eight, freshly baked scones with your order and we offer a large variety of flavors to choose from.  We offer:

Our Fasnachts are yeast doughnut of German descent that bear the same name as the traditional pre-Lenten celebration, which translates as "fast night." These are a special treat prior to the start of the Lenten Season. But they're so good, we offer them year round.  You can order them as Cinnamon Sugar, Powdered Sugar, or Plain. You can mix and match but must order a dozen.

Our beignets can most simply be described as French doughnuts. Beignets are made with a yeasted, sweetened dough that are cut into squares, fried, and liberally doused in powdered sugar. They are light, airy, pillowy pastries perfect for a lazy Saturday morning or anytime.
