Cream & Meringue Pies

Shoo-fly Pie

This pie is a traditional "PA German-Dutch" recipe from my great-grandma. It's a rich molasses-style "cake" nestled in a wet molasses bottom in a buttery flaky crust, and then topped with a flavorful crumb topping. This pie doesn't need to be refrigerated and is great for breakfast as well. If you've never had one, we promise you'll come back for another!

Fort Mill Bakery is the place to come for delicious cream pies. Our pies are available in 9-inch diameter with a traditional topping and graham crust. Some pies like our custard, egg, and sugar pies don’t have a whipped cream topping. However, whipped cream topping is available upon request. Our cream pies variety is:

  • Sugar Cream (AKA Hoosier Pie) 
  • Chocolate (pictured)
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter (AKA Buckeye Pie) 
  • Coconut
  • Caramel Macchiato
  • Banana
  • Peanut Butter Dream
  • Egg Custard. 

Online Order form and Payment link

We fulfill most pies typically within 3-5 business days. For large orders, or edible art details on the crust, we require at least one week's notice.

Order Form Procedures:

Fort Mill Bakery is grateful for your support of our business. We require your name, address, phone & email on the order form Please complete these sections as to not delay your order. We'll send you an invoice within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order. 

Online Pick Up Procedures

 Fort Mill Bakery loves creating your pies & desserts. Please be mindful of your scheduled pick-up time. We schedule all orders, so timely arrivals are appreciated. If you are late, it impacts our entire schedule, including our own kitchen time. Please remember that you are not our only order on any given day. If the suggested pick-up time doesn't work, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 


Fruit Pies

Some pies in the section are seasonal -Why? Well...because darling that when the fruit is available.

Pie order Policy

Our mission is to provide you with high-quality, freshly made custom products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, not the quantity, and our reputation and client reviews speak for themselves. If you fail to plan ahead, we cannot rush any pie order, so please order your pie at least five days in advance of your expected date.

Apple Pie

 Our 9" Apple Pie uses a variety of apples used to create this mouth-watering pie with our handmade flaky bottom crust. Choose either a lattice top or Crumb Top when ordering. 

This is Just like the one grandma use to make!   This is our most requested pie so we left it have its rightful place on our menu!

All Other Fruit Pies

All pies have a flaky buttery crust. When using the online order form, please let us know if you prefer a crumb crust top, lattice top or a full crust top on your pie. If you fail to tell us, we will place a lattice top on every fruit pie. Thank you.

Cheesecake Order Policy

Our mission is to provide you with high-quality, freshly made custom products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, not the quantity, and our reputation and client reviews speak for themselves. If you fail to plan ahead, we cannot rush any cheesecake order, so please order your cheesecake at least 3-5 days in advance of your expected date. We request this due to scheduling time in our shared commercial kitchen space and proud of our 100% Grade A rating from SCDEH. 

NY Style Plain Cheesecake

 Fort Mill Bakery offer a Traditional NY Style 9 inch Cheesecake that is baked on our own graham cracker crust. The cheesecake is smooth and silky and is sure to melt in your mouth. This cheesecake is made fresh to order so please allow 5 days for pre-order. This is a delicious cheesecake that you are sure to love!


All Fruit Cheesecakes

Fort Mill Bakery's Cheesecakes have crusts made of graham crackers, except for their chocolate and/or marbled cheesecakes, which have chocolate crumb crusts. They come in flavors like blueberry, blackberry, peach, raspberry, strawberry, chocolate, caramel, and pumpkin. When you order online, you can choose which flavor of cheesecake you'd like.

Our Half Cheesecake

 Indulge yourself to the ultimate cheesecake experience for any of our cheesecakes, but in half.  So we create you half a cheesecake from our choices listed in our menu here. You just need to tell us which one you'd like.

Our cheesecake half won't look like the one above, but a whole cheesecake offering the same servings as a half would - which is 4-6 depending upon the portion sliced. 


Our Marbled Cheesecake Section

 Indulge yourself to the ultimate cheesecake experience. Our Marbled Cheesecakes fuse rich flavors with visually stunning swirls. They're a cheesecake lover's dream. We're getting ready for....

 Fort Mill Bakery has worked really hard this year and we love creating the artisan desserts like our pies, cheesecakes, mousse based desserts, and of course, the custom made cakes for your celebrations. So we will be closed for a well deserved break from 

December 24, 2025 until January 6th 2026. 


We still have our menus available for viewing, but we will not be fulfilling any orders during this time so that we can spend part of the holiday season with our families. We look forward to working with you and your families in 2026.
