Easter & Mother's Day Seasonal Menu

 Our vanilla bean joconde sponge cake drizzled with our homemade, strawberry syrup, then layered with fresh local strawberries and our fresh strawberry French buttercream, thyme infused ganache, and then topped with a rich chocolate glaze. Decorated with a molded chocolate rose. Serves 1 - minimum order 2

Individual Tiramisu Dessert servings are made from the freshest ingredients of Cream Chiffon Cake, mocha mousse, mascarpone cheese and espresso coffee flavors. 

Our tiramisu is simply divine and we use a traditional Italian Recipe.

An edible flower garden for mom. We'll create tulip shaped decorated cookies . Flowers are then placed in an edible "pot" of our triple chocolate mousse layers .

This dessert is uniquely our own creation, it can't be found online or by other local bakers. We know your Mom will love this!

We've taken the classic opera cake, made it a lemon chiffon cake,  layered it with our own homemade lemon curd, lemon pastry cream,  vanilla ganache mousse.  This dessert slice is so light and heavenly, mom will be thanking you until next year!

We've taken the classic tiramisu and , made it a layered cake!  Layered it with our own homemade tiramisu pastry cream, and mocha mousse.  This dessert  is so light and heavenly, mom will be thinking you sent her to Italy for the day!

Choose from a Orange Blossom Tea Scone with its Fragrant and sweet orange blossom cream flavor, our signature Strawberry Basil Tea Scone or you can mix and match a half dozen of each flavor. ~Sorry this only sells as a dozen item. 

Made to order using a jaconde sponge and fresh local strawberries and filled with strawberry whipped cream & slices of sweet strawberries. Some have claimed this is better than strawberry shortcake!

 These are a light fluffy brioche dough that is then swirled with our fresh strawberry compote and jam. They taste like strawberry shortcake BUT in a  breakfast form!  We recommend serving with our homemade whipped cream. serves 4 "Bakery sized" rolls. 

NOTE: This is not a strawberry swirled cinnamon roll... this is a roll that when cut looks like a loaf of bread that's been swirled.

 Lemon Blackberry Cake is a moist lemon cake that's filled with fresh blackberry puree and compote. Its then layered with a mascarpone whipped cream and lemon curd. The cake is decorated with the same whipped cream and mascarpone cheese frosting. This serves up to 12 and is a 3 layer cake. 

Our Cherry Blossom Cupcakes is the perfect cake to welcome spring & celebrate Mom! Our signature vanilla cake is laced with Pink champagne & a hint of rose water  in our batter with confetti pink sprinkles to give the look of cherry blossoms when enjoyed.   This is a subtly sweet, slightly floral cake that is an absolute stunner in a little package!

Our Vanilla bean Shortbread cookies are decorated with a vanilla royal icing and sold by the dozen. 

If you haven’t had our marshmallows, you have no idea what you’re missing! We make them fresh and they are nothing like what you find at the supermarket. They have a slightly sweet vanilla flavor, are light and fluffy, and they’re hard to resist! Once you try them, you may never go back to the others!

Individual Milk Chocolate Bunnies with 3 chocolate eggs (we can fill with jelly beans upon request) 

We use only the finest belgian chocolate to create our chocolate treats.

If you are looking for a knockout cake to celebrate Easter with, then look no further than this gorgeous cake. The design of this cake is based on old-fashioned panoramic sugar eggs, similar to what my Grams would make every year for the grandkids at Easter. What a memory to begin with your family this holiday. Orders must be made by April 15th for this item only. Serves 12-16
