We feature our Strawberry mousse with our strawberry cake orders & have decided to offer this exquisite dessert for Valentine's Day.  Our mousse is made from quality ingredients, including local strawberries for the mousse and puree that only highlights the strawberry flavor of this light and decadent dessert for two.

We've found that many of you have a clear preference as to whether you like your strawberry shortcake to have a biscuit-like cake or a sponge-like cake. To that end, we are now offering both options. Be sure to specify whether you prefer the “traditional southern” or the “traditional northern” style when you order. We can also assemble it as a family or small gathering-sized set of six individual servings, for $45

What we're featuring for Valentine's Day is our Mini Celebration 5-inch layer cakes. They can be made in several different flavors. Our Tiramisu is pictured. These cakes serve up to 8 people but you can cut them more generously to serve 4.
