Mother's Day Menu

 Our vanilla bean joconde sponge cake drizzled with our homemade, strawberry syrup, then layered with fresh local strawberries and our fresh strawberry French buttercream, thyme infused ganache, and then topped with a rich chocolate glaze. Decorated with a molded chocolate rose. Serves 4- You will receive (4) individual slices

We've taken the classic opera cake, made it a lemon chiffon cake,  layered it with our own homemade lemon curd, lemon pastry cream,  vanilla ganache mousse.  This dessert slice is so light and heavenly, mom will be thanking you until next year!

Individual Tiramisu Dessert servings are made from the freshest ingredients of Cream Chiffon Cake, mocha mousse, mascarpone cheese and espresso coffee flavors. 

Our tiramisu is simply divine and we use a traditional Italian Recipe.

We've taken the classic lemon tart and then topped it with our meringue cookies.  This dessert is meant for a single serving, but we offered (4) because we know one simply isn't enough! ~ They're that good!

An edible flower garden for mom. We'll create tulip shaped decorated cookies . Flowers are then placed in an edible "pot" of our custom "dirt cake" design, but upgraded with a dark mousse filling. 

This dessert is unique to Fort Mill Bakery, it can't be found online or by other local bakers. We don't mind copycats, but we've got the original!  We know that Mom will love this! Its the perfect gift and dessert ~all in a one of a kind display...just like your mom!

Our Classic French Tart au Citron (French lemon tart) is baked from scratch, and is a quintessential, elegant dessert characterized  pâte sucrée crust and its silky, intense lemon custard filling. It is dessert meant to be shared and an Earl Grey tea would compliment it nicely. Our tart serves 8. 

We've taken the classic tiramisu and , made it a layered cake!  Layered it with our own homemade tiramisu pastry cream, and mocha mousse.  This dessert  is so light and heavenly, mom will be thinking you sent her to Italy for the day! This is a 5" cake size that
